Refunds are available before your materials have been mailed out to me.

Repairs will be made to keepsake that are received damaged along with a 10% refund on that item for the trouble and cost of return and the extra wait time during repair. Photo of damage is required.

Please contact me with any issues regarding your order. Refunds, adjustments and repairs are handled on an individual basis.

Your estimated order completion time (EOCD) will be 2-4 weeks from the time I receive your keepsake materials. Estimated order completion time starts upon receipt of your keepsake materials.

Please add 1 extra week to your EOCD if you send in fresh flowers or fur/hair to be included in your special keepsake as flowers can take up to 2 weeks to dry in silica and fur/hair generally causes items to need additional production steps.

If your order ships out after it's EOCD, your order will ship out with an upgraded USPS Priority Mail service.

If further orders are made to be competed with the same keepsake materials already received, your orders will ship together and the EOCD is based on the date of your last order.
