2 weeks off my 6 week order completion time.
This listing includes a shortened Order Completion time of 4 WEEKS from the time I receive your keepsake materials (As opposed to my normal 6 week completion time). This is when your item(s) will be shipped, not when you will receive them. Shipping times vary.
AFTER you add all of your items to your online shopping cart and you see your order total before tax, you can also purchase this listing choosing the appropriate amount via the listings drop down menu.
Due to the hand-made, time intensive nature of my work, a Rush Fee is not a guarantee of when your item(s) will ship. However if I am not able to ship out your item according to the Rush Fee paid, your Rush Fee will be refunded.
Rush Order
Refunds are available before your materials have been received.
Repairs will be made to keepsake that are received damaged along with a 10% refund on that item for the trouble and cost of return and the extra wait time during repair. Photo of damage is required.
Please contact me with any issues regarding your order. Refunds, adjustments and repairs are handled on an individual basis.
Your estimated order completion time will be 2-6 weeks from the time I receive your keepsake materials. Estimated order completion time starts upon receipt of your keepsake materials.
If further orders are made to be competed with the same keepsake materials already received, your orders will ship together and the completion date is based on the date of your last order.
